Most likely, he hadn't been to bed yet. No way could a person get out of bed and eat something called a "bacon roll" after drinking that much booze.
The alcohol content of that much hard liquor is equivalent to about 3 1/2 cases of beer, so I have to question the accuracy of that estimate. He'd have been in a coma or dead, unless he spread the consumption out over many hours.
That must have been the lawyer's estimate. Wonder what his BAC was when he was arrested?
