Sounds like it might have been Osaka's ... I never did trust their shellfish .... I wonder why they haven't NAMED the restaraunt. Living in Plano ... I might want to know.

I'm guessing that they didn't id the restaurant because they properly advised him of the dangers and this bug is not all that rare in raw shellfish. I'm just speculating.
