Anyone tried the GPU thingy with an ATI XT1900 yet?I wish someone would. I'd like to read about their experience.

I just finished an 1,100+ point WU. That puts me at the top of the heap for update points this go round.
Technically, I'm catching up. You're only 75 days out if we both keep at current numbers.
Alas, we will not.

Best of luck my friend. It isn't who's ahead, but the good that we do (although being ahead does feel good).
Are there any DUmmies that even come close to us?

DUmmies trail badly. It's Bush's fault.

Been having power trouble here in WNY (Buffalo area). My power was only out for a little while but I shut down most of my computers due to the ongoing situation with downed trees and power lines. My ppd will be low to nonexistent for awhile.

Hawaii is having similar issues, but for a different reason.

Hope things are getting back to normal in Hawaii. You guys have my sympathy. On a less serious note I'm in the top 20 and waiting for you to join me here (well not really waiting, but expecting you to soon be in range).

I'm not in Hawaii. I'm safe on the continent.
I do have a close friend who moved to the big island with his family last year. Haven't had a chance to get his report.
I should be at #20 in just a few days.

You're already at 221 and jumping quickly. Nice to have you folding (not sure what FR name you have if any).

I'm looking at about 2 weeks before I move up again. It's just going to be slow going from here on out. The one ray of sunshine (outside of the good being done) is that I'll pass Egon in about 4 months. How's that for gratitude? He gets me fully hooked with his monitor, and now I'm looking forward to passing him.

Doesn't help that the damned Klingons are on strike again (Qo'nos).

I finally cracked the top 20. It's a slow slog from here on out. In eight months I could be #10 (right behind you at #9), but that's about where I'll settle. I have no more machines to press into battle.

You're doing great work. I'm also at maximum system load, so I won't go much beyond 9 if at all. This however is a bad week for me as I have 3 machines that are down and I'm out at Camp LeJeune, so I won't be able to take care of them for a few days. So you might have a chance to close the gap a little.

The only machines I have that churn out the projects without a pause or hiccup are my four linux (Novell SLED 10) machines. My blasted Windows XP machines are constantly petering out and having to be kick-started. Microsoft aficionados keep assuring me that I must be mistaken, but I know which machines keep going off line. It's annoying.
