I saw this kid (the photographer) discuss this in a two-segment interview face-to-face in Greta's studio. He appeared very credible, IMO, and seems interested only in participating in the upbringing of what he believes to be his progeny.

I wonder if the baby being born in and presently residing in the Bahamas can preclude a DNA test without the voluntary cooperation of the mother?

Who knows? It was announced two days after Daniel died that there had already been a paternity test on the baby and that the results were confidential.
