So far (and admittedly I haven't bulldogged this case like Greta on Natalee Holloway), I haven't seen any evidence of fraud, which is why I'm still in Anna Nicole's corner as regards her marriage.

My position on the Marshall Smith marriage is that his family would have done all in their power to have him declared mentally incompetent or something like that in order to invalidate the marriage. As long as the marriage was legal [no indication that it was not] ... well ... who is to sit in judgment of any relationship/marriage between "consenting adults" ... ?
