Would Stern not have likely taken ANS's case on a contingent fee basis .... and, if she should ultimately recover ... wouldn't he receive [legitimately] a significant portion of the settlement as his FEE? Why should he have to marry her? To get it all?
It just can't be that he really loves her, he's been around her for years, stood by her, seen her ups and downs...she's beautiful...nah...he's just in it for the money.
