Nifong has said that the accuser WILL take the stand. I want to see these defense attorneys expose her lies in open court. And I don't care a whiff that she will most likely turn on the tears in a further effort to act the victim...of them.

She has to take the stand. The only "evidence" of this non-rape is her say so. There is nothing else.

Nifong has said that the accuser WILL take the stand. I think she HAS to take the stand--those she accused have the absolute right to question her. The accused, however, don't have to take the stand.

This case is hanging on until after the election. I can only hope that the low life lying dog is voted out of office.
This travesty could have happened to anyone.
