10 Most Beautiful Cars of All Time Posted 11 hours 56 minutes ago under: News, Design Our search for the most beautiful cars was primarily guided by one criterion - undoubtful and unmistakable beauty, as much as it is possible to use that term when referring to cars. It is a rather ungrateful theme, since beauty is very subjective and impossible to generalize. For some, there can be no match to old timers, while on the other side there are car enthusiasts who believe that car design has never been more perfect than today. Just think of the Rolls-Royce, Pagani Zonda, McLaren F1, Ferrari Enzo and many other. How can they be compared to Ferrari Dino, Talbot-Lago, Jaguar, Porsche Spyder, Duesenberg etc.? We hope that you approve of our choice and feel free to add your personal best in the comments.
All a matter of opinion. None of those listed would be on my list. Too many cars today have that same ugly boring Jap car potato-with-enamel shape. With the exception of the new Vette or Mustang, the best looking cars were made in the 50's and 60's.

An MG Midget. I really miss that car. I think I know now why my Dad bought it for me. NOTHING bad could ever happen in one; it's physically impossible. But it sure was fun to drive!
I'm going to agree with you but then my wife says I'm just an old f_rt whose opinionated. She would agree with you as well though.
I guess we are similar since I proudly consider myself "just an old f_rt whose opinionated" too. I spend hours looking at 50's, 60's and early 70's cars at car shows and cruise nights and barely notice those boring enamel potatos they make today.
My best friend had one of those in gunmetal gray metalflake.

A modern day freeway pile up.

The design of this sports car is still influential even now.
I've probably seen a Pierce-Arrow in my life but I can't recall it. As close as I can recall, is an old photo of my grandfather (b. 1873) standing in front of an old Cord he was working on in the 1920s. They too were beautiful cars, although quite expensive.
That's awesome!

Smiles trump a gas pedal! :)
I've been using the term "riceburner" for years too. A friend of mine calls them much worse.
LOL!
I mean no disrespect by my prior post either! That's a sweet car :)
Reading the posts, it is fairly clear that there are young and old Freepers posting in this thread. I find it great that some young people still possess a love for the automobile.
