3-5 drops per gallon (50PPM is the standard). But that won't help with this spinach. It's not fecal splash in the field, as are most food outbreaks. Throw the spinach away unless you are strong and healthy.

Is it just me, or did an hour pass by when I recently closed my eyes for a minute? And why are my feet asleep?
