I suppose we have an extradition treaty with Mexico and our LE guys honor the agreement and the Mexicans sometimes do and sometimes don't.

As for Dog...I have a problem with the powers bounty hunters have to pursue bail jumpers.

Did the feds pull a no-knock on him? If so, that's Karma...what goes around, comes around.

Islands comment on Dog's arrest. Anyone defending this obviously has never dealt with the Mexican "legal" system. We might ask, "why was it necessary for Dog to go get the Max Factor guy if we have an extradition treaty with Mexico in the first place?" If you cannot answer this question I'll tell you. The Max Factor guy was rich. The police who would have arrested him are poor and corrupt. As the great TV show Arrested Development said, he found a "loop hole" in the Mexican legal system.

Furthermore, one should ask how Americans are treated in Mexican jails. After that if you still think Dog deserved this you need your head examined.
