Personally I really don't care that it is "against the law to bounty hunt in Mexico". When Mexico quits trying to destroy our economy by depriving their citizens of the basic necessities of life, which is what makes them come here, and refusing to send cop killers to us for their deserved justice, maybe then I'll have some respect for their laws.

The Dog brought a known rapist to justice. Mexico would never have given him up because he was a very wealthy man and could pay their bribes and would have lived out his life there. If Osama Bin Laden was in Mexico they'd not give him up, so crap on them!

Like I said before, the only reason that the rapist wasn't "found" by Mexican authorities is because he was rich and was paying the right whores! This is bogus!
