This whole thing is really wierd. And why was she still in the hospital 3 days after the birth? They usually kick you out after a day?

It is rumored that she may have had a c-section or some troubles with the delivery.

No hospital will "kick you out" if you break out your American Express card. I think it's nuts that women are sent home so quickly. Who cares if insurance won't cover a couple of extra days? Pay for it yourself and rest up.

She had a C-section. I had one too, back in 1984, and they kept me for six days. They were gonna send me home after five days, but I had a 2-year-old devil, er, whirlwind at home so the doctor let me stay an extra day.
