If its $1.99/9 in Oskaloosa, how much is it in Quasqueton ?
Is it time to cap off the US Reserve? Winter's coming. I think it would be a good idea. We have to think "future" and outside the box. No one knows what the terrorists will pull.
"It can't be. The only way to reduce gas prices is thru an excess profits tax, tougher gas mileage requirements, or beating up on the oil companies."
How do you know the beating up didn't have an effect? I'm sure when these exec's kids come of age in the companies, another crises will occur so that they can get their retirement secured too.
That is clearly anti-competative price cutting.
$2.45, Winchester VA
Dems are "deeply saddened".
speculation is a two edged sword
now the blade is cutting on the downside
here's a respectable opinion that the bottom will fall out:

Nice! Can't go wrong with that.
In Richfield (a first-ring suburb of Minneapolis), I saw $2.20 per gallon.
Not as good as your area - but I still like it.
I fill up everyday in Fresno, CA yesterday was $2.89 per gallon for regular.
Let's go to Iowa, honey!
When I drive south, I always wait until I get past the border in South Carolina. Your prices are ALWAYS lower than North Carolina, simply due to the lower state sales tax on gasoline.
I saw it this past spring...$2.40 in Charlotte, $1.99 at the Kagaroo in I-85 just north of the giant peach...
Don't be too surprised when the Democrats do just that
Um...where do we GET the Hydrogen? You either have to get it from natural gas, which we can't really afford to tear apart, we need the gas for other uses...or, use electrolysis to break up water...which takes electricity...which comes from where?
I'm not against Hydrogen at all. In fact I've been a proponent of it in the past. I just want to know that we can actually use it and produce it efficiently.
Just for grins, I sent your link to Drudge. We'll see if he acts on it.

now $1.97 at one station.
(BP Station at I270 and US23 South)
Price gouging...please...
I could use some gas for the truck but think I will hold off for a few days just to see how low it will get before filling up. Hate to buy it today at $2.45 and then see it in a day or two for even less.....I know...cheap.
oskaloosa, my home town! Okapalaka. I'm still known there as "honest john". heheheh
$2.33 here in PA
