Anna has been pretty much out of her mind even before her son died. This is going to finish her off.

And now she's going to raise another child?? I hope SOMEBODY has the brains to take that baby away and put it with loving, responsible parents.

I think you're right. Especially if Hannah's natural father files for custody and wins (which he probably would).
