It's very odd .. when one vomits, you normally hear SOUND.
His mother was in the same room. Wouldn't the be time to summon help - HEARING someone vomit?
Also there seems to be a THIRD person in the room ... something is not adding up ... .

I would think so, unless she was on medication. She had a C-section.
