Hello Everyone, Please forgive the blanket email, but it is the only way to keep up. Thank you all for your kind messages of support. Dad has been battling with osteoporosis for years and it has reached a critical stage. It has mostly affected his spine and has given him great pain for a long time. He has new fractures, but kyphoplasty (the newest procedure for relieving the pressure and pain of spinal fracture) has been ruled out as an optiion for Dad. His lungs and heart are not up to the necessary anesthesia. So, he is home and we have hospice care to help us keep him comfortable. His greatest pleasure is still in good conversation and in reading. He is specially gratified to read those messages from people who tell him how his teachings have bettered their lives. I will do my best to see that he sees all your messages. Thank you so much from all of us. Lindy Wisdom
It appears that the initial crisis has passed. Unless something new happens, I will let this thread fade. As always, My best wishes for the Colonel and his Family. May his days be filled with pleasure, and his nights be filled with Peace.
