Very interesting.I've read that the rich,the famous and the shady do this kind of thing often.Some countries offer citizenship to those who pony up enough money to "invest" in that country.
I'll wager that her lawyer advised her to do this,perhaps in preparation for her to renounce her US citizenship.

I was thinking maybe she is there because I read somewhere that the father of this new baby was going to seek custody. Though I am not a fan of hers my heart goes out to her and her newborn .
