Terry Owens is a cancer. He and Bledsoe will hate each other. Parcells, the quarterback and receiver coaches will hate having him on the team. The other receivers will hate having him on the team.
Parcells will lose patience and give a "him or me" ultimatum. No guess as to which way that will go.

The only way this thing with Owens works is if the team wins. And likely then for a year, possibly two. If he starts causing real trouble(not trumped up media crap), he'll be shown the door and won't be paid either. (Dallas inserted certain conduct clauses that will permit such a release.)
