1. DLX must be reserved for Duke Lax File threads only. Otherwise, other threads get mixed in.
2. I think it works well to have a specific file keyword, such as DLXDNA, on an active thread dealing with DNA. By clicking on keyword DLXDNA, posters have quick access to the DNA files - both to add links and use as a reference. When a new thread becomes active, then the moderators can remove the DLXDNA from the thread. This will keep the system cleaner.
3. The moderators have been very cooperative in this.
4. You may want to discuss how you want the files titled. For example, perhaps they should be called Duke Rape Hoax Files.
5. That's fine tuning though. The important thing is to encourage everyone to start pouring links into the file threads so we can get it running.
6. As to whether to add DUKELAX on file threads, it won't matter to the DLX file system. You can't hurt the DLX system by adding keywords. You CAN clutter the system if DLX is added to non file threads.
