The Trail Ridge Road in Rocky National Park up in Larmier County had to be closed last weekend because of snowfall. I think they had it plowed in a few hours and reopened shortly thereafter.

It's rare, but possible to get snow at anytime in the high country here in Colorado during the summer. Back in the early 90's there was snowfall on July 4th somewhere in Colorado above 12,000 ft.

I've been up Trail Ridge one time..and never want to do it again, LOL.

That road scared me!!!!
