Driving erratically with a .08??? I doubt that Paris Hilton is such a lightweight when it comes to alcohol.Yeah, I don't get it. Mel Gibson's BAC was not very high, either. You should be barely tipsy at .08. The reason they make the legal level so low is to make it more likely drinkers will be caught.

We're told they administered a field sobriety test, and Paris blew a .08. Is that too high or too low for Paris? If it had been Fat Ted I would suggest a gin transfusion to get back up to a normal level.
