Lots of truckers decorate their rigs for holidays. I've seen complete Christmas trees fastened to rigs. Halloween is coming up. Then again, I'm on the road about 2k miles a week and I've seen about everything used to decorate vehicles. Last week saw a wall clock glued to the back of a Volvo!
