Pravda is th same paper that reported yesterday of human "settlements" on the moon.As far back as the 1960's the Russians were touting some chick who allegedly could "see" with her fingertips. It was a hoax and easily debunked by competent magicians, of course, just as "remote viewing" has long since been discredited. There seems to be a streak of credulity in human nature however that predisposes people to bite on this bunk.
