I wonder if that silly goose's tail is always that big or if it's fluffed up like that for the bear - when my tabby fluffs his tail it means he thinks it's time to kick butt.
That's a kick butt tail. Note the cat's deliberate, confident approach and study the bear. The bear is already leaving and keeping an eye looking over his shoulder at his nemisis, the cat.
