If one were to parse words like a former U.S. President, one could conclude that perhaps there is one, just not in Nifong's possession. Maybe Himan's possession. Maybe Chalmers...

"7:15 PM 06/21/2006: I do not believe there was no toxicology test done. I say there WAS one done, that it is negative for date rape, and we will know this somewhere around August 29 or August 30."

The sad part is that was so long ago, I don't even remember it. Does anyone think this is all Nifong parsed his words about? He should be disbarred and brought up on formal charges. But he won't because North Carolina law is conducted by criminals.
