I believe he will turn out to be a very good witness for the defence!I would bet they threatened him,and tried to make a'deal',but he did not give in.Good for him.

Good news for him, but the point is made for any potential defense witness in Durham Co. If you come forward, the DA's office will make you pay if they can.
