I heard Today Show today 'justifying' their coverage of the Jonbenet arrest. "We only reported what was newsworthy. (We didn't have to check our sources.)"

Arent the NYT and CBS one company? I doubt 60 minutes will be as honest as the deluded Gaynor thinks. What naivete!

CBS will only spare Mr. Nifong and pronounce the Duke case a reasonable exercise in prosecutorial discretion if the known facts warrant it.
