This guy has severe mental issues and a risk to children in any country he's allowed to move freely in.
Let him spend a few years in general lockup in a CA Prison for his child porn crimes.
Then if he still has a pulse, send him back to Thailand to spend time in one of their prisons.
My bet is he'll be dead within 2 years in CA lockup.
Not if they keep him in isolation. Him being such a frail little flower and all, he could very well end up in a private cell, perhaps with a work assignment in the sewing bee or doing flower-arrangement duty.
