Just in case no one else has clarified, he was NOT in jail for any crime in Thailand .. he was being picked up in Thailand for crimes committed in california.
He WAS NOT in a Thai prison. He was arrested by Thai authorities at the request of the U.S. for this case.
He WAS NOT in trouble in Thailand and confessing to get out of it.
