Karr won't be charged with anything, anywhere
Didn't he skip the country and missing his arraignment on child porn charges in CA?
He has just been released from custody in Boulder. Were CA folks waiting for him? Nope, none that I know of.
Amid a sequence of failed communication, Karr nearly walked away from the entire fiasco. He had already been taken to court when deputies learned no local charges would be filed. After checking a national computer database and finding no requests to detain Karr, officers released him.
In the meantime, Californian officials had logged on to the national database, requesting that he be held pending extradition.
Karr was still with investigators from the district attorney's office when the request was noticed and he was rearrested.
