Since she was excluded by the authorities, yes, I'm pretty sure.

What gives you even the least bit of hint she did it? I've never seen any evidence, just stupid speculation, that she was involved.

On the other hand, I wasn't there, but neither were you or anyone else that's pointing fingers. A good portion of the evidence collected still hasn't been published. It appears that no one has the foggiest idea who actually did it.

What I think happened...and others have stated similar things...The John Ramsey was molesting the child, Patsy walks in on them and accidentally killed JonBenet with a blunt object (Golf Club, Baseball bat, etc...) meant for her husband.

Since John has something on Patsy, and they need to get out of this "situation" they create a phony ransom note that Patsy pens (Handwriting analysis has never excluded her) but John dictates (due to the nature of the computer related terms in the note).

Innocent people don't run out and hire lawyers and publicists right after their child has been murdered.
