Apparently, not.
No charges will be filed against him in Boulder.
He's a dulsional crackpot.
Thar professor (Tracey) who passed his innformatiom to DA Lacy has plenty to answer for, IMO.

Sad, because what he has done is likely a lot. What he is capable of is unbelievable.
To: ASA Vet
"True, but he managed to get a free ticket back to the States. Also he'll have rights to the book and movie which will come along soon." Finally- someone who gets it!! Give the man a ceeegar!!!!
To: Fawn
They should press charges for interfering with an investigation and make him pay $ for bringing him back to the states. The sicko.

The one fact that troubles me is that the parents of Karr's former wife say they got letters from him signed SBTC, the same signature as on the ransom note . That was how Karr signed his friend's yearbook in high school. It is too much of a coincidence.
To: EmilyGeiger
They're just going to let him go?!? After all this?

I feel bad for Lara and the kids. Now he knows exactly where they are.

>>The John Ramsey was molesting the child, Patsy walks in on them and accidentally killed JonBenet with a blunt object (Golf Club, Baseball bat, etc...) meant for her husband.<<
Defamation aside, this is absolutely the most stupid assertion I've ever heard. Why would she ONLY kill her daughter and not keep swinging and kill (or severely injure) John as well? Your so-called theory isn't remotely consistent with the injuries on the body, either.
>>Handwriting analysis has never excluded her<<
On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being John Ramsey (excluded), Patsy was a 4.5. If you are going to run with that, it proves you just want her to have done it.

Good Lord. You need to look up the meaning of Petecchial hemmoraging. The fracture was jagged, 8 inches long and lethal. It broke off a 1 inch square of the skull cap beneath her scalp. Have you read the autopsy report?

Found it ,thanks
A palm print on the door leading to that same wine cellar, long unidentified, is that of Melinda Ramsey, JonBenet's adult half-sister. She was in Georgia at the time of the murder

This is the third time someone post "Thailand?". What am I missing here.....he was deported from Thailand because his passport was pulled, RIGHT??
To: ThreeYearLurker
He wasn't facing charges in Thailand. I know. I was just trying to make the original poster justify the statement.
To: Xenalyte
No...he wasn't charged, jailed or anything like that. But he was under investigation by Thailand authorities and they were (from what I have read) ready to charge him.
This may be wrong but I've read that they were definitely interested in him which is what may have instigated his willingness to confess/comply/submit.
