Today, on QVC, "Captain of Chenille" Stan Herman, famous for his signature chenille bathrobe sales on QVC, and multi-year President of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, caught himself describing the particulars of the cabling design of the knit in a chenille pancho in terms of what the French would call the design. He stopped himself by saying,
"...well, THAT probably WOULDN'T be a selling point" and put his hand to his mouth, catching himself smirk.
