Something is up? Why hasn't the DA confirmed the "dropping of charges". Have they plea bargained a trip to a mental hospital? Back to CA to face the charges there? What's up?

there never were any charges, they just dropped the potential charges.

Why not let the him sit in the tank in CA until they got the DNA results back. They could have done that without any problems.
