He was asking Tracey about the red ink pen in some of the parts I've already read. What a red herring.
It always cracked me up that Patsy would say "JonBenet wouldn't do that. She wouldn't draw on herself."
Now, how in the world would she know what a 6-yo with a red marker might or might not do on Christmas night at a party at her best friend's house with lots of new playthings and several little friends and two "ewww" stinky boys messing with 'em?
Gimme a break. Patsy would just say she didn't know or she'd never seen something if she thought for any reason at all that knowledge might implicate her in something - whether it was sinister or not.
At what point do you stop believing her - or when do you start?
No, it was never established who drew the heart on her hand or how it got there or if there was a red Sharpie in the pencil holder or a red pen anywhere in the house.
I just think JonBenet had probably drawn the red heart on her daddy's picture in the newspaper clipping, sometime when no one noticed it (and the X's on the other men's faces, because they weren't Daddy!), which only became significant when she was found dead with the heart on her left hand. I'm sure there had been a red pen in the house at some point!
To me, it was just one more thing for Patsy to totally deny any knowledge of, whatsoever.
Did Karr continue with the "duo" of killers throughout? I had only been introduced to a young woman who smelled sweet like Patsy and who just picked JonBenet up from her bed without disturbing her. No idea how the girl got in the house or where she came from - oh, that's right, he's still pretending to be a psychic at the point where I am in reading.

Do you think that is possible for him to be charged this at late date for what he did to his first wife since she was a child at the time? (why I ask is wasn't their some cases of priests being charged for child molestation long after it happened?)

I'm referring to his first wife and her father in law. If they did, it makes me wonder if there is a connection.

I am still trying to figure out if he has a split personality or not. (I have to stop there because as I read it I have to REMIND MYSELF "HIS DNA DID NOT MATCH UP", I almost wrote maybe he went into the house dressed as a female.)

Tracey Email File - 420 pages (wow)
page 29 of arrest warrant...
i would give anything to have her with me at six, alas, she would now be nearing sweet sixteen. Instead, she's forever six though not preserved as i would have wanted it. It would have been my wish that she had not had a blemish on her when she was laid to rest in her lovely wooden casket. what i would not have given to have crawled in beside her in that casket and made love to her once more.

Hamilton HS, Hamilton, AL, until six weeks into his senior year, then transferred to a HS in Atlanta, but didn't graduate. I may have the name of it if you need it.

Well, who knows, with the little wifey and the rug rats safely ensconced in a motel in Boulder in 2000, he might've had a minor transformation before going to "get the feel" of the Ramsey house - or would that be "feel up" the Ramsey house? I'm sure he did!

Tracey notes Daxis on Flicker - I found this 2 nights ago while doing a Daxis search - I stop looking at it because there is another Daxis out there and I think Karr ran across this guy's files online and took the Daxis name due to the real Daxis and his photo albums on Flicker.

I heard tonight on one of the shows... That the car was junked due to body damage and that his dad bought it and fixed it up for John, but the trade was that John had to work for his Dad for a full year, which amounted to about $11,000 in labor for the car.
