I don't know if I will finish or not. Definitely not tonight. I wasn't sure if JMK was indeed the murderer of JonBenet, but I thought there was a slight possibility he might be. My reasoning for that was the way Mary Lacy executed the whole arrest and the agencies involved. Oh well. I echo your sentiments concerning John and Burke.
To: stlnative
Aren't those misdemeanor charges? If they add onto it lying to authorities he'll probably get the max.
To: stlnative
Yes I heard - they've changed it from earlier and I'm glad!
To: Halls
Nope - they ARE going to hold him. Thank god.
To: Valpal1
the DU trolls try to sneek in when stories like these are on FR. I have seen it happen many times since I have been here. Eventually they will show their true colors and mods will ZOT'em.

I love zot threads. Be nice if JMK could be zotted off the face of the planet. I don't think we've heard the last of him.
The emails in the arrest affadavit make it clear how sick he is and I think it very likely that he does have real victims in his history, just not JBR.

Done deal. Don't know how many more stories we'll be talking about, but whatever we do, you're on the list!

I'm a Christian myself and did not mean to smear my people.
Sorry.
To: I want to know
I've been ambivalent as to whether JMK did it or not, but leaning toward him as the culprit.

Stultorum is a latin derivation of the word stultus, stulti which means fool. The "orum" ending places it in the genative case, used (most frequently) to show possesion. Hence of fools.

I don't know how you read that sucker so fast. I'm only on page 24 and having a very hard time deciphering out the email gobbledygook.
Anyway, I've never been on the same side of anything with Ms Keenan, but tonight I really feel sorry for her. One of the things they believed Karr knew which no one else knew was about JBR's gold bracelet.
Yikes. It's written in the warrant that Patsy bought her the bracelet and gave it to her for Christmas.
Unfortunately, it was her Aunt Pam who bought the little necklace and bracelet set, and it was given to her as an early present, advent present, the night of the party on 12/23.
If this is all the better the DA knows, the case is screwed forever. I am very sad about this. I already was, but seeing it confirmed how little the prosecutors know and how MUCH they *think* they know and that the public doesn't know is just scary.
I think she did the right thing - had to do this with Karr - and since they haven't spent anything at all on the case for a couple of years, that ought to pay for his plane ride. Now I want one, too, lol - all of us do who can pass the pop quiz better than the D.A. can.

I think she did the right thing - had to do this with Karr It was a hellifyoudo/hellifyoudon't situation. She error ed on the side of caution. Hope at least the FBI will continue to look at JMK. Something tell me he is NOT an innocent man.
To: Rte66
no... I read the one on smoking gun - it was enough for me to understand why the went the route they did, except they could have left him in CA.
I am still downloading the the full documents. I lost my ISP connection once while they were downloading and had to start downloading them again from the beginning. I am on dial-up at it will be a while before they are completed.

I agree... I am almost sick to my stomach to think that someday this creep will be back on the streets again.

She was able to work with the Judge, lawyers and LE she knew by taking it to Boulder first. It kept him in the media the least amount of time.....Imagine if he'd gone to CA first, we'd be hearing it for months if not years.
Now he's ruled out of this HIGH PROFILE case and others can investigate quietly like I'm sure she would have preferred to do. Something tells me we'll need the information on JMK again for another case. if he lives that long.....Imagine he'll be put in GP for the misdemeanor.
To: Rte66
It gets much worse. I think their interest was based more on his descriptions of sex with little girls, sexual asphyxiation and a red marker that may or may not have been taken as a trophy.
Have you ever seen a discussion of the red heart on her hand, whether Patsy drew it and if the pen it was drawn with was identified and still in the home.
I quit after that. It was too sick making.
His repeated references to the killers as a pair or a duo is going to lead to speculation that he knows the killers even if he wasn't actually one of them.

I am reading the arrest warrant now - still downloading the Tracey emails (of course some of them are in the arrest warrant) - To me this a-hole is not crazy and he has done some very evil things in his life that I hope catches up with him soon. I am sure there is some big ol' "Pat" in some Cali prison just waiting for someone like "Daxis" to turn into his own little bend over beauty queen. My understanding is that "Daxis" liked to be the one control and that he never liked aggressive women. Well "Daxis" hopefully will have a nice aggressive male cell mate in Cali. I wonder which Cali prison Karr will be placed in?

The money that was spent on finding out who this Daxis was and retrieving this freak from Thailand was well worth the money even though his DNA did not match up. It has now at least exposed this freak in both physical and in mental form to the public.
