Was Lisa Hawkins moved from FOUNTAIN CCW to county jail yesterday, and returned to FOUNTAIN CCW the same day?
It would make sense that she was moved to county jail in order to meet with the DA, giving testitimony for Elmo's trial today.
I spoke to the Jail - not the Sheriff's main side.
They looked it up and said she was brought in yesterday morning from Prison and last night she went back to prison.
Now this is my speculation. They could've talked to her to see if her testimony was worth a deal - remember any deal is likely to get major scrutiny. If the woman was right on what she told me (and she was reading), and they want to use Mrs. 126 arrests, that would mean there'd be a postponement today.
Or maybe the woman is scattered brained from all the drugs and she's not worth the media backlash.
