Either they screwed up that record - or she being released.
That record makes no sense. She has sentenced that hasn't even STARTED yet (consecutive sentences). She scheduled to be in in til Late April next year.
Nifong can't even justify this - she's listed on that Sheriff's site as her latest being a FELONY. So who would give a deal to someone serving a FELONY as the principal perp to hang a someone on a misdemeanor (aiding). The Defense attorneys would eat his lunch.

One Database has her as being incarcerated (see above) and one
has her being released.
Something's happening here - it's too much of a coincidence on the the day of court.
Why do I think she got a deal.
Can someone save that Sheriff's web-page listing her as released and Felony in the other column? Please.
