Smith was troubled by the lack of handwritten notes from Gottlieb, who produced only two pages of handwritten notes to accompany his 33-page typed account. Those two pages, taken on April 27, described a search for a lab to conduct hair analysis.
So this is what the NYTime article did not tell us?
1. Two pages of notes instead of the claimed 3 to backup a 33 page report.
2. The two pages of notes seemingly had little or nothing to do with the subject of the 33 page report.
So we can conclude there are no notes to back up the 33 page report written well after the fact.
Finally, I have to give the N&O credit for doing a much better report on this new information than the NTY did.
