If this hasn't already be said, I'll say it:
This is what Gottlieb wrote, signed and submitted to the court - as well as TWO other DPD/DA members -
"medical RECORDS OBTAINED via SUBPOENA reveal..."
This was stated in at least three sworn documents requesting Court approval. All 3 of those documents are signed before the Medical records had been compiled and/or Duke Med Ctr had satisfied the subpoena (on 4/5).
So one has to ask why that wording if as Gottlieb says NOW - it was all gathered from a private conversation?
"medial RECORDS OBTAINED via SUBPOENA reveal..."
It doesn't make any sense.

I made mention of this on the old thread. Could Gottlieb have access to the report before it's subpoenaed?
On March 21, a week after an African-American woman charged that she had been raped by three white Duke University lacrosse players, the police sergeant supervising the investigation met with the sexual-assault nurse who had examined the woman in the emergency room. The sergeant, Mark D. Gottlieb, reviewed the medical report, which did not say much: some swelling, no visible bruises.
