How can the nurse say there was blunt force trauma, but it not be in the report?

I can think of couple of ways this might have come about:

1. Gottlieb is lying figuring a SANE is on the side of the woman and will go along with what he claimed she said.

2. Gottlieb led her into saying this by asking leading questions.

But Gottlieb will be destroyed in court and an honest judge may not let him testify at all. He admits he based his report on notes of others. Then those others should testify not Gottlieb who has mixed his memory with the notes of other and by his own admission does not have an independent memory on which to base testimony.

I don't understand that either. Everything should be in the report and if she was in that much pain why didn't they give her any medication?

I don't really think the SANE nurse said alot of this. It just appears in Gottlieb's notes but not the report. I think Gottlieb tweaked his notes.

That's where I'm getting lost. Why does it appear she put one thing in the report, yet told the officer something different??

" How can the nurse say there was blunt force trauma, but it not be in the report? '

Gottlieb's description of his interactions with the nurse do not cast her in a very professional light. Unless he found the weak link in the medical chain and played her.
Sergeant Gottlieb wrote in the notes of his March 21 interview with the nurse.
“She stated the victim had edema and tenderness to palpitation both anally and especially vaginally. "

Vaginal and anal palpitations ????
The areas would have been palpated during the exam.
And if the FA had been violently anally raped by three different men- that area should have been extremely tender, more so than the vaginal area.
