Yeah I have direcway its the same way but if you are downloading a big video or something like Service Pack 2 for windows XP your out of luck! But if your just sufering the web and downloading a few things here its fine. Heres wild blues fair access policy

Yeah I have direcway its the same way but if you are downloading a big video or something like Service Pack 2 for windows XP your out of luck! I'm on dialup, and I went ahead and used the CD-ROM route to get SP2. Costs nothing but a very small S/H fee.
