S.B. T. C. was a reference to Subic Bay Training Center, thats where John Ramsey worked at one time. The hand written ransom note was an effort by Patsy Ramsey to cover up her actions and point the blame for Jon Benet's death in another direction. $118,000 asked for corresponded to John Ramsey's bonus. Obviously, an effort to point at a would be jealous employee of John's company. The handwriting in the note was deemed to be probably that of Patsy Ramsey however such handwriting analysis does not hold up in court as it is considered like a lie detector test, not admissible. Why would any kidnapper write a three page ransom note except to create suspicion against someone else. The note was written on a pad that was found in the Ramsey's house. No kidnapper would write the note at the scene of the crime.What kidnapper would enter a persons house when the child could have been captured in a less risky setting. Everything points to Patsy Ramsey. DA Alex Hunter lacked the guts to get an indictment. If he had a trial it may have opened up the whole case and Patsy would have been convicted. My analysis is that John Ramsey protected his wife and exerted power through his friends and his attorneys to fulfill that mission.

Interesting theory and it does hold up. There was a recent article about a woman who has come forward about child sex parties in the area. She said she was victem of such stuff and the parties often transpired around Christmas to cover up the activity and cars.

Patsy lived vicariously through JonBenet, how could she kill her knowing everything she loved and lived for would stop? The child was her ticket to the world of glamor that she had lost. Maybe she was covering up for someone else but I don't see how she could have done it herself.

I thought S.B.T.C. was something written in a high school yearbook by Karr. (IIRC, I saw a photo of it on Fox when they were doing a handwriting comparison.) Are you saying it was used in the ransom note?
