Didn't they used to wait for the merge until there were ten people left?
Something is already screwy, because Brad is the first member of the Jury. That didnt happen before until the 9th person was voted out.
If all the people from 12 to 3 become the Jury, there is an even number and the possibility for a tie on the money vote. I'm not sure what they are up to with this one.
After the double elimination next week (victims 10 and 11), they will be down to 9 members. That will make it interesting. We will see how this merge plays out.
