First off, I'd like to apologize to anyone who took offense to my posting an encouragement to "get out there and vote" on this thread. I'm sorry and I promise that I will keep my politics to myself from now on.
The title of tonights episode is: "Mutiny!"
And from the official SeeBS website we get the following clues:
A major twist at the Reward Challenge results in betrayal and leaves one tribe stunned. How will this turn of events effect the Survivors' morale?Probst asks the players if anybody wants to Munity and switch over to the other tribe. Jonathan and Candice make the switch to Raratonga re-aligning the original European-American Tribe and leaving Aitutaki with just Becky, Ozzy, Sundra and Yul. It doesnt faze Aitutaki though and they go on to win the Reward Challenge.
Banished to Exile Island, one Survivor worries about being away from the tribe at a critical bonding time. Believing he orchestrated the mutiny, Aitu sends Jonathan off to Exile Island again.
One Survivor desperately tries to fit in with their tribe, but suddenly finds out they're on the outside. Brad starts to realize that he is about to have his torch snuffed.
One tribe bonds over sharing momentos from home while the other struggles to find common ground. Since Raro now has 4 whities, against 4 other races, it has a problem finding common ground. However, Nate has already commented that Brad has to go, so its a pretty safe bet that the white alliance will go with Nate and boot Brad.
I believe that the Mutiny occurs right before the Reward Challenge. Which would result in Raro now having 8 players to Aitus 4. Which means that Raro has to sit out half of their tribe. The Reward Challenge appears to involve each team stuffing two players into a large barrel and rolling this barrel down the beach. Could prove to be rather amusing.
As I stated above, Aitu wins the Reward Challenge and sends Jonathan off to Exile Island as punishment for orchestrating the mutiny.
The Immunity Challenge appears to involve rowing a glass bottom boat out over the water and sighting targets on the ocean floor. The players then have to drop heavy balls onto the targets which releases bags probably filled with yet more puzzle pieces. Anyway, Aitu wins this also and sends the Super Tribe off to Tribal Council.
Well, there you have it:
Reward Challenge Winner: Aitu
Sent to Exile Island : Jonathan
Immunity Challenge Winner(s): Aitu
Tribal Council Bootee: Brad
Ill be back Monday morning with a recap, so till than,
Take Care,
FReepmail me if you want added to, or removed from the Official Survivor Ping List.
Anyone that would be put out by your Encouragement to Vote doesn't belong on this forum anyway.
I think Yul or Ozzy wins.
I appreciated your reminder to vote, I didnt' feel you were showing off your politics by doing so. Just encouraging our freedom to participate in the election process, so thank you for the reminder.
I guess Jonathan must have felt his neck on the chopping block to switch sides, but why go from a winning team to one that can't work well together? I don't know that I could play survivor, I just don't have the savvy. :)
That seems like an odd thing to apologize for on what is, after all, a conservative political forum.
But nevertheless, I accept your apology.
Now I'd like an apology from the people who voted for Democrats.
No apology needed Cuz. Thanks for all you do here!
Hey Cuz,
This is a political sight first. It's survivor second.
Asking us to vote was very appropriate!
Take care!
Careful there, Cuz, that's a politician's apology there. Someone might thing you got a Kerry staffer writing it for ya. *grin* No offense taken, nor any apology needed in my opinion.
I'll be interested in seeing the mutiny part - this close to merging of the tribes, I'd have to be sure that we were physically week and I was very likely to be the next one on the block to swap. Plus I'd have to be sure that I had tight friends in the other tribe, because otherwise, I am absolutely making myself a target.
Nope, don't think I'd swap. Now, I wonder how long it'll take before someone complains that they 'lost' their message from home because of the swap.
It's still over half an hour till the show starts, and I am so bummed since the evening of the 7th, I would like it to start right now..Reality show escapism needed here.
'evening, everyone.
