I didn't see the scene where Billy revealed he was "mentally ill". Did he use those words?

Maybe a poor choice of words on my part. Billy revealing his "love" for someone who was sharing sympathetic words was less than advisable and made him come across as being a little too strange to keep any support he may have received from his female tribe members.

I did not mean to imply that Billy has a mental illness or handicap, but he did cause himself to be perceived as playing with less than a full deck.
