If this happened in my day (70's) the last thing this woman would have had to worry about was a kid saying "meow." Come on kids, get creative with your revenge.
We had an old lady in our neighborhood who had the deserved moniker of "Granny Grouch". Last thing I recall someone doing to tick her off was when a local hooligan put an apple in the exhaust pipe of the neighbor's car directly across the street from her house. It exploded up against her house and an explosion was heard for miles. What a hoot. Old ladies like this are ENTERTAINMENT for a teenaged boy. Come on!!
Except she is litigious and you can expect too many people who ought to know better entertaining her ideas...
