I don't think Katie can cut her ties with him. I read recently (Hollywood Grind...I know, but I like trashy celeb sites too) that InStyle Magazine had a recent 'girls night out' and the invitees (Katie Holmes was one) were to come alone to mingle with the other female guests. Katie came, but had a Scientology 'handler' with her...and the 'handler' never left Ms. Holmes side. That is creepy. Really creepy.
