IMO this casts more doubt than it is exculpatory. They have this family photo, which means that more had to have been taken, and yet there is no picture with him in it?

Where is the picture of John, Lara, and the boys sitting on the couch -- you know the one that is taken at EVERY family gathering.

Sorry, to me this is more damaging than no photo. A Christmas full of pictures, including pictures of his children and not a single one of him? Doesn't wash.
