Cheap Trick, Soft Cell, Pure Prairie League, Dan Fogelberg, Robert Palmer, Huey Lewis and The News, Bob Seger, Foreigner, REO Speedwagon, The Cars, Dexy's Midnight Runners, A-Ha, Billy Squier, Littel River Band, Living Color, Wang Chung, The Fixx, INXS, Tears for Fears, Molly Hatchet, Motley Crue, Sniff and The Tears, Thomas Dolby, Warren Zevon, Survivor, The Bangles, Pat Benetar, Ian Drury, Extreme, Chaka Khan, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, Modern English, Level 42.....I could go on all day.

Ah yes...the 80's. Second only to the 70's as the greatest music decade.

On KFOG-FM San Francisco, at 10:00 am every morning M-F, there is a show called "Ten at Ten". Dave Morey (a great DJ despite being a bleeding-heart liberal gay guy) plays ten songs from one year. When the music is from a year between 1980-85, I sometimes forego Rush for 40 minutes to listen.
